Dr. Rogers leads the education, outreach, communications, and DEIJA efforts for CIRA.  Research portfolio includes GOES/VIIRS intercalibration efforts, solar power forecasting, optical flow interpolation, and AI/ML methods for environmental sciences and ethical AI education.
