CIRA E-Mail Backup
Although Exchange mail servers are backed up, these backups can take time, sometimes several days, to restore in the case of a server failure. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you backup your email to a file.
Advantages:
  1. Periodic backups allow you to have archived mail you may want in the future
  2. The backup has your Contacts and Calendar as well as the messages
  3. You can import the backup anytime you need it
