Introducing the CIRA "Biz Hub"

| WHY | To enhance the front desk operation into a helpful hub of ready, willing and able professionals to support those CIRA scientists without project coordinators or administrative assistants, and generally better serve the CIRA community. (PS- if you do have admin assistance, and they’re busy, then feel free to come to the Hub!) |

The new CIRA is taking shape. With our leadership now in place, we’re thinking outside the box in an effort to improve Central Services operations. Biz Hub is the next step in streamlining and improving CIRA services.
The concept of the Hub is to be the GO TO place for any administrative support tasks CIRA scientists require including: printing, copying, faxing, errands, typing, editing, meeting coordination, etc. Laura will ensure the work is completed on time and to the requestor’s satisfaction. Holli Knutson is Laura's backup and will be available when Laura is buried in proposal work or otherwise occupied.
