Dr. Bruce Doddridge is Head of the Chemistry and Dynamics Branch in the Science Directorate at the NASA Langley Research Center located in Hampton, VA, where he leads a blended workforce of over 60 civil servant scientists, contract engineers and scientists, in addition to hosting visiting scientists, students and detailees from other organizations. His responsibilities include formulating and developing research programs and managing both the technical and administrative aspects (including workforce planning, resource management and budgeting) of these programs in support of the NASA Science Mission Directorate. He holds an adjunct faculty position at the rank of Full Professor in the Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Science (formerly the Department of Meteorology) at the University of Maryland College Park, and also has term appointments on the graduate research faculty at several other universities where he advises graduate students and/or sits on dissertation defense committees.

Dr. Robert Fleishauer has over 25 years of extensive leadership, management and research experience as a USAF Officer and Project/Program Manager for a NASA Contractor. He has led and managed organizations of up to more than 300 people. Core technical competency in atmospheric physics includes remote sensing, thermodynamics, cloud microphysics, and radiative transfer.
