Objectives:
- Demonstration of the capability of geoCARB to retrieve the column-averaged dry air mole fraction of CH4 using a full-physics algorithm with simulated data for geoCARB.
- Preparation of a paper on geoCARB describing the instrument capabilities, the accuracy of the retrieval algorithms for CO2 and CH4, and examples of retrievals using simulated spectra.
