Objectives:
- Initial evaluation of EnsDA methodologies and nonlinear/nondifferentiable minimization algorithms.
- Development of an improved EnsDA system with nonlinear/nondifferentiable/hybrid capability.
- Evaluation of the new nonlinear/nondifferentiable/hybrid with high-dimensional state-of-the-art modeling/assimilation system.
