The Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA) at Colorado State University (CSU) is a multi-million dollar research organization located on CSU's Foothills Campus in Fort Collins, Colorado. As an employee of the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere, and reporting to the Associate Manager of Finance, the individual in this position will:
• Perform procurement and monthly billing activities.
• Administer department procurement card (Pcard) program.
• Advise staff of appropriate policies/procedures for purchases.
• Utilize electronic document signature system to obtain proper approvals on monthly and quarterly reports.
• Assist with month end account reconciliations.
• Print and distribute monthly reports.
• Maintain account files.
• Participate as a member of the Finance Team for various projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using Kuali Financial System (KFS) for procurement, Vista Plus reports, and CSU Pcard System
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
• Experience working in a professional office environment
Salary: Starts at $30,000 commensurate with experience
