The SEMAP Technical Website

Developed a database and website to manage and disseminate the emissions, modeled, and monitored air quality data and associated documentation for the Southeastern Modeling, Analysis, and Planning (SEMAP) Project, which is a collaboration of the local and state air pollution control agencies located in the southeastern states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. This involved the acquisition and import of air quality modeling results from these southeastern states into a relational database management system and the development of interactive online tools for presenting and analyzing these data in conjunction with the ground-based monitoring data already present in the database.
