Important Notice Regarding Posters

  1. If you are travelling with your poster, you can drop it off at the registration table on Monday when you check in for the conference.
  2. If you are mailing your poster to your hotel, please make sure it arrives in time to bring it to Monday's registration.
  3. After the conclusion of the poster session, please remove your poster from the wall and take it with you. If you do not want to take it, there will be a recycling bin available.
