**SS# = souvenir sheet, MS# = miniature sheet, where # = number of stamps in sheet, and the numbers in parentheses are the catalog numbers of the stamps in the sheet.

1The red and white longitudinal stripes on these items are incorrect, as the stripes were actually black and white according to reference materials. See the A-1 satellite page for a similar dilemma about stripes on that spacecraft.
2The images on all of these items are similar but apparently incorrect, looking more like Vanguard-2 (a spherical satellite without stripes), some with an attachment similar to that seen on some of the Vanguard-1 images.
