Doppler velocities (solid colors) and reflectivities (thin analysis lines) from the CSU-CHILL radar in Greeley, CO at 9:08 p.m. MDT showing easterly winds throughout eastern Fort Collins, and westerlies in the southwest quadrant of the city.   The westerly winds were being caused locally -- by very weak, low-level thunderstorm outflow.   Maximum convergence was found in the vicinity of the low-level jet which originated with the storm near Greeley.   New rain cores continued to generate above this weak convergence zone, as well as along the foothills to the west.
