Weather Summary
High pressure dominated the region. Except for more lake effect cloud cover near the Great Lakes and patchy boundary layer cumulus east of Ottawa, the region was clear. Some mid-level cloud cover existed to the north, which dissipated shortly after sunrise. Another patch of mid-level clouds moved over CARE late in the afternoon, after the "no-go" decision was made.
Flight Summary
There was no flight for CLEX or C3VP today. It was not a scheduled overpass day, and the mid-level cloudiness that was within range in the morning dissipated too fast, and the forecast called for nothing else to develop during the day.
