Another storm system moved in overnight, bringing with it cloudiness associated with a cold front, well out in front of a 500mb trough and mid-latitude cyclone over Manitoba.
Flight Summary
The first flight was today. This was a C3VP flight only, and was primarily used as another test flight to make sure the instruments were in working order. Details will follow.
Below is a MODIS IR image and CloudSat swath showing the clouds in the target area of the flight.
