Weather Summary
Another major low pressure system developed over the Midwest US overnight and headed for the southern Great Lakes. Southwestern Ontario saw mid- and high level moisture give way to deep precipitating clouds as the storm advanced. Precipitation fell as snow, sleet, freezing rain and/or rain, depending on exactly where you were.

Flight Summary
For the last flight of the experiment, C3VP decided to cancel the Mirabel, QC overpass flight (no interesting weather there) and instead fly another weather flight targeting the approaching storm over CARE.
