Synopsis

• The CLEX-9 forecast team has decided to stand down all operations for Sunday, October 21st.
  
  
• Weather Forecast (made at 1500 MDT 10/20/01):

  
            Weather Outlook:  Mid-level moisture looks again to be sparse tomorrow as 
            the models continue to keep us under weak and dry upper level flow.  We might 
            see some more cirrus cloud aloft, but not much lower than that over the CLEX-9 
            target region.  Monday (and beyond) continues to look favorable with increasing 
            moisture at 500 mb associated with an upper level trof of low pressure that begins 
            to dig into the Midwest US.
