The favorable dynamics for mid-level clouds look to be
through the W. Nebraska region by 12Z with the region
under weak NVA for later in the day. Cold-top cirrus
clouds are a potential, though mostly north of our
region of interest.
The forecast for Tuesday looks more favorable for clouds
as a weak weather disturbance slides through our region.
The timing will depend on strength of the accompanying
surface front and with any precipitation that may form.
A large region of PVA will be present and moisture at
mid-levels looks favorable during AM.

The following instruments are functioning (or were when
last tested): NOAA radiometer, CSU LIDAR, radiosonde system,
and interferometer. The NOAA radiometer did not reposition
properly after a tip call and a reboot was necessary.
Instrument looks OK but ftp may not be working right now
(data is stored to disk as primary and ftp is backup). The
following instruments are NOT setup yet: CSU radiation station.
We are awaiting FAA approval for placement of instruments.
