After 28 days, 8 WYKA mission days, 9 missions (both LBF and Lagrangian), 38 WYKA
flight hours (yes we actually got to the full budgeted amount!), a unique dual-
aircraft mission with the SPEC Learjet, and many bleary eyed mornings, I'm
officially calling a close to the CIRA CLEX-9 field campaign!

The quality (in addition to quantity!) of the data collected exceeded my highest
expectations. I think we got 9 great cases that addressed our core scientific
objectives and that will keep many students and research scientists busy for at
least a couple of years, if not more.

I want to thank EACH AND EVERY ONE of you for your unwavering and top notch
field support, administrative and budgetary support, expertise, guidance,
dedication, ideas, and motivation! The success of CLEX-9 is due to ALL of your
               efforts. MANY THANKS!

               Larry (from CLEX central)
